Telkom charged me for SoftCap.

Hi<br> I was charged R128.81 on my January invoice for TBIS usage shaped. That is SoftCap. I phoned telkom and they promised to fix it on my next account. I have 20GB to use normally, then i go onto SoftCap automatically and its for free. Nothing was done and on my next account, they did not give me credit for that amount. I phoned again and was told that someone at telkom made a mistake, they will fix it immediately. <br> They did`nt fix it, my new account now states that I have an amount Overdue of R126.92.<br> I cannot believe that telkom cannot rectify this problem, it`s not my problem, it`s Telkom`s mistake....<br> Please rectify.<br> Jonathan van der merwe<br> [Email Removed]
