Telkom charge for a service removed

Telkom have decided to not replace telephone lines in Dawnview. They have not notified anyone in the area and cannot provide an alternative. That's if you can get a hold of them or get any information. I have just been debited for my phone line. A phone line they are unwilling to replace.
