TELKOM CHANGING PRICES FOR THEIR CONTRACTS ONCE YOU TAKE THEM

I have 3 contracts with Telkom but the on the 3rd Cellphone once off Contract that i took for R289 and payed that the first month dedution then after raised the price to R309, i have been calling them asking about this the only thing i get is reference numbers for a my case no response. I then go to Telkom shop in Pinetown i spoke with one of their people there who sad he cant help me.
