Telkom changes my number without permission and then deletes the number I have had for years without permission and closes case without resolution!

<p>I logged a case with case number ********** 3 so as to get my number back but the case was closed with nothing having been done about my case.</p> <p>My problem started when I app**** for a contract having been a prepaid customer. My prepaid number was ********** 316 which I have used for several years. When my contract was approved, I went to telkom shop in Bloemfontein at Lock Athlone to have my prepaid number migrated to the contract so that I use it as a contract number. Instead of that happening my ********** 316 sim card changed to ********** 223. This change happened without my permission. My contact number remained as it was.</p> <p>Furthermore I discovered that my number ********** 316 was deleted from the telkom network so as to make it difficult for me to log a quiry as now i was being told the number does not exist on the telkom network. I have tried to get this resolved to no avail. Now my cases are being resolved with nothing having been done.</p> <p>Can I have my number back. I had the number when I was on MTN and ported it to Telkom thinking I would get a better service. So far it has been hell on Earth.</p>
