telkom changed my phone number

<p>i'm stil using the very same sim card that i personally bought at pep store but they just changed my phone number. i went to the brunch the lady who was helping me she told me the someone was using the same nnumber in 2011 and it was cancelled then i bought the simcard in 2014, now it's 2016 they also changed my number and give me the other numbers. i app**** for jobs using the number, i liked it to my bank account . how can they just take my phone number away without giving me a reason.</p>
