Telkom changed my debit order amount without consulting me.

Telkom changed my monthly debit order without consulting me..and when I call the consultant tells me "tax went up" telkom added tax to my debit order. VERY UNHAPPY WITH TELKOM AND I HAVE SUPPORTED YOU GUYS FOR OVER 7YEARS NOW.
