Telkom change your service agents

<p>Telkom line is down again after we wer **** to about an area wide fault, We called Telkom after noticing that the internet was down. They told us its an area wide fault and it would be fixed today. We saw a Telkom agent working on the line, and assumed it was being fixed, we called back now they say the line is down and it might be our router....Telkom are *****, and have the worst service ever.</p>
