Telkom Change of Ownership. Someone do something

Hi,

I am extremely dissapointed and furious with Telkom customer service regarding Change of Ownership.

Why is there no contact details? no email to send this through? ITs 2022, we shouldnt HAVE to physically go to a Telkom store to do these things.

Please someone help with this before i just stop paying altogether. This is dumb
