Phoned Telkom this morning, my phone line does not work, the lady tells me that they are no longer aloud to log faults. I must wait 3 hours and maybe the telephone will " come right " #$@%^ I asked her how will the tech know that I have a problem with my phone line if I cannot log a fault ? She tells me you must move over to fibre - there is no fibre in my area !!!! Worst service ever
