Telkom CEO: Your customer service department sucks

I have never in my life dealt with the level of **** telkom has been dishing me over the last three weeks. My ADSL line has been down for THREE WEEKS! I have phoned telkom four times and escalated beyond belief yet no technician comes to sort this mess out. I have spoken to consultants who REFUSE to give me a managers email address. It's like they are ghosts that don't exist! One team manager made me wait for 30 mins just for the consultant to come back and tell me that her manager will call me back as she is BUSY!!! I received no such call. This is the worst service I have ever gotten in my life. I have given Telkom business for years and I even prepaid my bill in June for 3 months. Absolutely disappointed. I wanna cancel my service asap
