Telkom Century City

Hi there my mom lost her phone A70 Samsung due to *******. She bought the phone at Telkom Century City and she took out an insurance with Telkom. So now she went there to submit documents for a claim. She got an SMS saying claim approved its been weeks she is sitting at home without a phone. Yesterday she went there at Century City Telkom and they said they will email a list so that she can pick a new device as they do not have the one she lost. The day is ending still no email
