Terrible service..inconsiderate -Telkom Centurion

Just to get a sim swop done made me seem like a ********. someone stole my phone from my carry bag and all I wanted was to do a sim swop..I went to a telkom store on Friday,provided proof of res with a bank statement that i just printed as proof of Res and my ID, And my fingerprints all of a sudden did not match my ID??They confirmed they are logging a case on Friday as a result because they assumed it could be *****...I told the consultant that's the only number where people can reach me.My google account ,My bank notification,my family and friends can only reach me on that number.I never had any feedback so I went back on Monday provided an alternative number and till now no one bothered to call me??? Give me back my number i need to switch providers cause this is pathetic service Can someone urgently call Lebo ***.
