Telkom Centurion Mall Useless Service

I have 3 contracts with Telkom, all paid uo to date, I need another contract urgently, they keep you busy for 30 min only to tell you that now all of the sudden back office needs to approve the 4th contract and I will only have feedback next year.

Utterly useless service that after the call centre told me I can go to a store and will be assisted on the spot
