Telkom Centurion Lifestyle Call Centre service the worst

I call the Telkom lifestyle call centre in Centurion on *** to enquire about my account. I spoke to a lady called Tebogo/Teboho but she was not helpful at all. Then she asked me to hold on, but I was on hold for more than 10minutes and she never came back to me. I dropped the call and tried calling back and got a voice message that operators were not available they had gone home. Meaning this Teboho left me on the call and went home. That is very unprofessional and rude. My query is still not addressed as my billing is incorrect
