Telkom censorship

I bought 20 Gig on my Telkom sim card that I would normally switch between one phone for almost a year now. I’ve never had a problem with switching this sim card. Now Telkom since I bought 20 Gig of data would not allow me to connect with any device but data is dropping when you check balance. I used four different phones with the same Telkom sim card and won’t connect with any websites. I know why Telkom block my SIM card and this is violation of rights for citizens who are not *********. Telkom must refund me my money back if they don’t want me on their network not censor me. I know they will deny censorship and have the means to delete all proof.
