Telkom Cellular Insurance is useless, Do not take their policy!

Take my advice, Do not take the Telkom Cellular Insurance. It is just a pure ****. The the device value of my Samsung S10+ is R20000 & the access payable every claim is 10% of the device value, which is R2000 irrespective of the damage cost and the monthly premium is R250. The screen cracked and took it for a repair. The total cost of all the repairs is R3500, I am suppose to pay R2000 & Telkom will only pay R1500. what is the use of having their useless policy. What a joke! I will never support anything that has to do with Telkom!
