Telkom cellular insurance are *****sters 🚮

I've sent an email on the 13th December 2023 to cancel one of my phones insurance and didn't get a response that from the telkomclaimsadminplus team, on the 20th December 2023 the telkom insurance debited their monthly amount from my account after I've sent a cancelation email.... so I decided to send another email on the 21nd December 2023 and only after the 2nd email was sent...they responded on the 22nd that my telkom insurance has been canceled, and already debited from my bank account for the month December.. I want my full refund for the month December 2023, you all are *****sters🚮
