Telkom cellphone upgrade is a horrible experience

<p>I have been trying to upgrade my cell phone contract with Telkom, it has been approved but nothing else has happened - i have been trying to phone but I keep on being put through from one department to another - the call centre people are rude and unwilling to help they just keep on transferring your calll </p>

after confirmation that this was recieved no one has bothered to contact me

obviously Telkom is not interested in client service - If I could give a minus star I would have - this is autrocious !!!!!
