Telkom cellphone contracts is the worst

In November 2018 I app**** for a Samsung S8 which was on special for black friday. I ordered the phone online and when the consultant phoned me to advise that they no longer have stock they will send the Samsung A6 plus. I specifically asked it to be a dual sim which they confirmed that it is and on the website it stated that it is dual sim. The first of December when I did not even have the phone my debit order went off. So now i have money ****** from me without goods. When I eventually got the phone end December it was not the right colour and the phone did not have a dual sim. After many many telephone requests the phone was eventually collected in January and till today the debit orders are being deducted.
