Telkom Cellphone Contract- Waiting 6 week now nothing was received

I had app**** for a 36 month contract with them for a phone, the contract was approved. It’s been 6weeks and the device hasn’t been delivered, I called last week and was told my address was not provided. I provided them with my address but still nothing from telkom. I’ve been given the run around for way to long. Maybe MTN can be productive in securing its customers,
