TELKOM CELLPHONE CONTRACT IS A MESS

My account is currently suspended due what telkom perceive as non payment, at that time my account is up to date, I just woke up to my lines suspended. This is very much irritating, how can one plan a week ahead when the phone is not working, I have a business to run , clients to contact but here i am with a phone that is dead. :( :(
