Telkom cellphone contract *****

I have a terrible customer service experience with this company. I am a victim of identity ***** wherein some took out a contract in my name. After, discovering the *****, I went to their store to report. I was assured that my case was escalated to their ***** department and was provided with a case number. To date my case remains unresolved and an unauthorized debit order of R1996 went off my account on 21 November 2020. This is so frustrating and outrageous.
