Telkom cellphone contract for no phone

I app**** for a cellphone contract for a huawei p 20 lite and the contract application was successful for a premium of R269 pm for duration of 24 months. When they sent my device they sent a wrong device and I received an iPhone 8 plus which was about R1200 per month for 24 months. I immediately reported after receiving device and they arranged to take back the iPhone 8 because I made it clear that it was not the package I app**** for and that I could not afford it. They sent courier services to collect the phone. An amount of R269 was debited from my account already. I waited to receive the drvice I had app**** for and it was never sent. Nobody called me from Telkom. I spent my airtime calling but I was assisted and instead my account was debited an amount of R1200. Again I called Telkom but I was not assisted and i was forced to reverse my money with my bank. Nobody called till today instead I receive text messages telling me that my account is in arrrears and that it eould handed over to debt collectors. I do not know what to do anymore. Just this month they tried to drbit R15000 from my bank account which didn't go through because I did not have that amount. Telkom really disappointed me and I would not advise anyone to sign up with them.
