Telkom cellphone contract

Hi

I had a cellphone contract with Telkom, then last year November(2020) i contacted telkom so that i can negotiate on paying forward my contract because i lost a job then they gave me then amount tht was calculated until the end of contract and i paid it. now the contract has came to an end but for my surprise im being billed. Last month they send me sms stating i have to pay R82 and they deducted it and i reversed it now again this month they claim i owe them. They not calling to explain why im being billed, when i visit telkom website i dnt find their number to call. Its very very difficult to contact them directly.

For what i know, im under impression that i dnt owe telkom. In the first place when i conducted them to pay forward was because i wanted to avoid debts and complications. Now telkom doesn't offer a number for customers to reach them out they just want a payment. I AM NOT OWING TELKOM AND I DNT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM. Is there anyone who can help regarding this?
