Telkom Cellphone contract deal

I have called before time to terminate my 2 year contract, the cellphone contract deal had a phone and Freeme 1.5GB deal. They decided to discontinue the phone and charge me Freeme 1.5GB of which is R139 which I did not use. I called open a case they told me They will call me with the next 72 hours. Yesterday they called to ask me if I want to upgrade the phone I asked about the feedback of my case I open last week she did not know what i was talking about she was interested on making a sale.
