Telkom Cellphone contract

I'm so disappointed with Telkom when it comes to their service, few days back i app**** for the cellphone deal and November sim only deal. The lady called verified all the info she needed and everything was fine, i received an sms with the tracking number and for the phone and a tracking number for the sim card the courier guy delivered the sim only and when i tracked the other number the status was delivered. I had to make phone calls to find out why is the tracking status saying delivered and i only have the sim. Only then i receive the sms saying my application was unsuccessful, this is so annoying and show all levels of being unprofessional.
