Telkom cellphone contract

They keep on charging me for cellphone insurance after I camcelled it 3 months ago, they say it will be fixed and every time I call they say its camcelled but they keep on charging. Don't take a cellphone contract with Telkom. I regret it. The customer agents are the worst they want you to start over with every call you make.
