Telkom Cellphone Contract

I took a 24 months iPhone 6s contract in August 2018 expecting it to end in July 2020 so in June 2020 I called to cancel the contract they said it will be cancelled, in August I must not use the data and minutes otherwise it will continue billing me, I did exactly that and I also tried cancelling it online (pity I can't upload the video as a proof) and I didn't find the cancel button under mange your accounts then I called and spoke to Olivia (***) she told she cancelled it but still it's not cancelled and the are still deducting money in my account. I even tried to talk to them via Twitter and still no luck, I don't even use the data or smses or minutes. Please help I need that contract cancelled I wasn't taking a life to contract
