Telkom cellphone contract *****

I have a ***** case with Telkom , where a cellphone contract was taken by their employee under my account without approval and they are giving me a run around with refunding me and fixing the billing .no communication or feedback , I have to call all the time to get feedback and every time you are assisted by different person with new information .
