Telkom Cellphone Bad Service Provider

Hi, I have a cellphone contract with Telkom, they debit the money from my account every month but, my account is in arrears, I phoned them last week and they said my account is in arrears because they never receive the payment from my bank account, however they did debit the amount twice and we confirmed payment, they had a funny excuse and I just let it slide. They blocked my phone and shortly after it was unblocked, I received a statement of 4x the payment amount now, because they say payment was never received. Telkom phone contracts is a bad option, I will advise everyone to avoid taking out a cellphone contract with Telkom they do not know how their billing works, i want proof that they never received payments they cannot assist me.
