Telkom Cellphone account

I have 3 contracts with Telkom, 1 Cellphone contract for 2 years and 2 data contracts which are month to month. I fell on hard times and cannot pay the 2 data contract but they do not allow me to cancel them due to the arrears, which in turn makes it even worse as it keeps billing me for the data contracts when i am not even using them. When i went to the Musgrave store they say i cannot pay for the cellphone account seperate, as it all becomes one amount outstanding. Well how do you catch up on the bill if it continues to add up even though it is a month to month and it stops if you dont pay, but you continue getting billed for it, it just doesnt make sense. I asked to pay for my cellphone bill but also cannot pay this seperate to catch up. What on earth do one do with telkom?? I understand the arrears and i acknowledge it, but to continue billing me for a month to month that you refusing to stop is ludicrous.
