Telkom Cell phone repair

Bad service from Telkom store and the process of fixing or replacement of a phone. Its almost 2 months of not having a phone that was sent for repairs at Telkom store, as the phone didn't have network. When we took the phone inn, I was advise of 21 working days and the matter will be fixed. On the 20th day, the repair centre calls to say that the phone wasn't attended to due to the repair center needs the charger. the charger was sent a day later from confirming this charger is the delay.
