Telkom Cell phone contract still not cancelled 8 months after cancellation

HelloPeter, please help an appeal to TELKOM MANAGEMENT: I cancelled a cell phone contract with a Galaxy Pocket Neo phone on 18 Sept 2016, but my invoice reflected that it was not cancelled. On 30 January 2017 and 13 March 2017, I called and was helped by two friendly Telkom staff members. Both asked for the original emails and promised to escalate the issue, and I forwarded to the email addresses given. To my horror I just now received an invoice which reflected that the cell phone contract was STILL NOT CANCELLED, in spite of me requesting it 8 MONTHS AGO and today is the 4th time I am requesting cancellation. Telkom is now owing me R1652 according to my calculation. Can my account please be refunded??

10 Months later after I submitted the first cancellation forms. Numerous emails and even more calls to client services. A Plea on Facebook and on HelloPeter. And still a simple request of cancelling a cell phone contract, is not satisfactorily executed.
Status Quo: My account had two cell phones:
> 1x SmartPlan 100 + Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo R 99.00
> 1 x Deal SmartPlan 50 Samsung Galaxy S3 mini i8190 Blue R 49.00
I cancelled ONLY the SmartPlan 100 and Galaxy Pocket Neo after a 2 year contract. I was very happy with the SmartPlan 50 which was a contract phone.
After all my calls etc. the cancellations department did a very clever thing: CANCELLED BOTH. "Order ********** 69A was successfully submitted for cancellation and change number to prepaid as per request for the contract". The truth is that I NEVER cancelled this number and clearly specified on each of the THREE CANCELLATION FORMS that I only want the SmartPlan/PocketNeo Contract cancellend.
Please Telkom. Send the people who are working with cancellations for training. They do not understand simple instructions. The cannot execute simple requests. The cannot work efficiently as they are procrastinating terribly. Please get them on training. You will have many more customers and income if you don't chase people away by this horrible service delivery. I wanted to cancel one phone. You cancelled both. I will now take a contract with one of your competitors, due to the horrible poor service that you are rendering.
Telkom is owing me more than R2000 for paying these contracts since September 2016 after cancellation. I will probably never see this money because people who have to spend a bit of time to make simple reconciliations, probably cannot do it because they can read and didn't pass basic mathematical literacy. Please forward this email to your S****s Development and HR divisions. They URGENTLY need to get people s****ed to do simple administrative work.
