Telkom cell phone Contract

The worst experience ever trying to get a copy of my cell phone contract, reason been I was told my cell phone contract is for a yearlong just to find out that one of the agents messed up with the contract term now I’m not entitled to get my contract to see my T&C’s. Because I told her I don’t want a long-term contract just to find out it’s a 3 year contract. what's the point of having a call centre and walk in centre. At the Cresta branch no one ever attends to you they laugh and smile at you telling you that the manager is in a meeting every time I go there during my lunch time. I've been trying to get my contract for the past year with no success, their call centre puts you on hold for hours until the phones hangs itself up and systems are never working, they cannot find my contract for them to forward to me. In-store they can't help either I spoke to the agent by the name of Nomfumiso Mjali at the cresta branch who took my email address and told me they will send it up till today I received nothing, honestly this is the worst ever cellular network customer experience ever.
