Telkom Cell Phone Contract

I have never experienced such terrible service like I'm going through with Telkom, I took cell phone contract around August 2024 and the contract that I signed doesn't relate with anything Telkom call center consultants are explaining to me and one of the consultant with the email of *** requested me to send my contract and never came back to me since nor respond. There's penalty fee due to debit orders bounce which is around R202 and that pentalty fee is not disclosed on the contract, I was even told by one of consultant that if I send contract there's nothing they can do to assist me.
