Telkom

Telkom and openserve are the worst,they disconnected my Home Fibre router claiming I haven't made my payment this January but I did pay ,sent them all my proof of payments, they told me to call openserve so that they allocate my payments now openserve is sending me back to my ISP which is telkom. I have been complaining over a week now which is so unfair on my side,my work and school work tasks that I do daily are stuck and I have paid none of them is trying to sort this out ,very unprofessional
