Telkom is so quick to end the service on the cell phones, I canceled my insurance on my cell phones in June this year. just to find out they never canceled on their side they still billing me for insurance, the terminated my service due to the insurance not been paid I have tied to call but all I get is "we will get back to you" one week and a half later my pone still off and no feedback, I will never reamend Telkom to anyone, I going to cancel my contract with Telkom,
