Telkom Cavendish Claremont has the worst service for clients

I took at contract of iPhone XR @Telkom Claremont Cavendish square. I only used it for 1 day then it started to freeze and not working. When I took it back they referred me to a vodacom in Canal Walk saying they work with them.Then drove there and vodacom sales person said the fone is still inq OBF period as 7days were not over. Had to go back to them and they refused to take it back. Still waiting for someone to resolve this. If not I'm canceling all the contracts I have with them and my kids ones..... Ayanda ***
