Telkom Causing Financial Losses to Small Businesses

We are a medium sized business in the Service Industry and totally reliant on our landlines to communicate with our stakeholders. Our telephone lines have been out of order for 3 weeks. Everytime we phone, the call centre say that our complaint is with the Technicians but they have no idea when they will come out to fix it.
