Telkom causing emotional distress

I'm having an issue with telkom, I moved out of my old house for 1 and a half years now and they never want to update my address, everytime I call them they say the problem is fixed also after escalating multiple times, just to receive the wrong address again! It's causing me emotional distress because the last house we got ****** and my 2 little boys was in the house hiding under the bed while it happend, so everytime I open my Telkom bill i see that address pop up and it's causing me emotional anxiety! I will close my account with telkom if they do not sort this isuue out, further more, is it so hard for almost 2year that staff cannot edit and update an address! Absolutely jackasses working at telkom and telkom in a whole.
