Telkom causing damage to private infrastructure

We live in a farming community with various Telkom poles falling over along the roads. One of these poles is leaning over onto our boarder fence and is going to cause damage to our infrastructure.

I have phoned Telkom about the problem no less than four times (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday this week). I have requested assistance via their Facebook page and emailed them at ***.

I have not had any feedback to date (expect for a messenger message early this morning on my message left on Monday), still not assisting in the problem.

Please assist me in contacting the relevant person/department in order to have the problem resolved.

We are left no alternative but to keep Telkom responsible for any damage that may be caused to our infrastructure due to the lack of service.
