Telkom causes business to go bankrupt.

Telkom disconnects paying business land line after 15 years. Telkom decided to disconnect my land line a month ago without reason or warning.

My business line suddenly went dead one morning. For the past month I have been trying to get it reconnected with numerous calls to their call centre and despite getting a re-instate reference number, and emails which do not get a reply Now they have given my number to someone else. My customers think that I have closed down and I am getting zero work.

The call centre is useless, the operators give a different story every time I call, it seems they don't know what they are doing. plus they are not interested. There is no supervisor to speak to or anyone to go and see, no accountability, just a useless, faceless organisation where you get nowhere.

I have had that number for 15 years, my account is paid, i did not request to discontinue the number, they just cut my line. Telkom sucks in all respects and this is a catastrophe for my business and my family.

The Telephone number affected is **********

At the time of this happening my Telkom Account was in Credit in amount R1,393. 51

In addition what makes this whole thing worse is that I still have to continue paying my Yellow Pages and White Pages advertising.
