Telkom cause bad debt at credit bureau

Because of a mistake by Telkom, which they logged, I was incorrectly billed and promised a credit. Debit order was set and payed for the whole year. Ap**** for a credit card and was not approved because Im listed at credit bureau as a bad payer. Logged the complaint with Telkom, was told it would be resolved within 2 weeks, its been a month and nothing yet. They are a useless company!!
