TELKOM CASE CLOSED WITHOUT ASSISTANCE. ***5

I logged a call with telkom because i was buying data however it was disappearing like no one's business. I was told i would be called in 3 days and today I received a sms telling my case has been resolved. CASE NUMBER ***5

I am complaining because all i needed was a summary of where my data is disappearing to and now my case has been resolved with no assistance.

you guys are gonnna call us after 3 days and give a person ONE call and expect them to be available with no follow up email. I want this issue to be resolved!
