Telkom ***** Case

My husbands details were used to obtain a "router" through a *****ulent act. This happened after we finished and closed our contracts which we had for phones. In 2023 after being told we owed telkom for a router, we rep**** via email with the ID copy, affidavit and the invoice for the "router" that this was a *****ulent act and we do not know of it. This account appears nowhere on my husbands clearscore records. This year while trying to purchase a house we were told of this telkom account thats in arrears. We opened a case, they waived approximately R1200 and said because they could not get a hold of my husband, we should pay for the router. WE DO NOT HAVE THE ROUTER AND WILL NOT PAY FOR IT. Please call my husband on the correct cellphone number and sort out your mess telkom. Please also revoke your false judgment on our credit record. Case number follow-up number ***0.
