Telkom Carnival Mall Management (POOR POOR POOR Service)

Telkom Carnival Mall.wouldn't advise anyone to do business with Telkom mall @ Carnival.Their employee Rasheda Adams is clueless and arrogant.Her manager even refuse to introduce herself and not even wearing a name tag.They treat Telkom branch like it's their tuck shop.Very poor service and lack of management skills.They are unable to communicate professionally and always using their emotions.It took them more than 2 weeks to do a simple sim swap which other branch took 5 minutes.I had to go to the store more than 3 times in space of 2 weeks.They even gave me incorrect information that my card was allocated to someone only to find out they were suppose to reconfigure my sim card.
