Telkom Cape Gate canceled out phone line

Telkom Cape Gate canceled my moms phone line.. ***.. All she wanted was for them to cancel a LTE plan and activate the Fiber.. NOW THEY WANT TO GIVE US THE SIM CARD PHONE THING SO WE NOW HAVE TO PAY AN EXATRA R200 A MONTH.
