Telkom Cape Gate avoid avoid avoid.

On the 26 of December 2023 we took out 2 new contracts at Talkom Cape Gate the phones were not in stock and were told we would get them 3 weeks later. It is now the 2 of February 2024 and i have received bad manners and no phones with bad excuses constantly. I asked for the owners number to contact him and or anyone who could help, we have just been ignored. I have been there 4 times since then and constantly feel like they judge me and that i am just one of those annoying ladys that bother them. I am very displeased and i have no words to describe how bad the service is. Juwin is the sales assistant that i am dealing with and he just ignores my messages and gives no feedback or help when im there. What can i do. This is ridiculous.
