Telkom cape gate

Worst service on the planet. just last week they did a sim swop and swopped the wrong number, using my id and telkom billing mail. Today i come to swop the right number and they say they cant use the telkom billing as my proof of residence. Its not the first problem i have with them. But without fail, every single time i have an issue it costs me time and money running up and down, having to come back due to issues that aren't resolved, my worst experience to date.
