TELKOM CAN'T UPGRADE FIBRE LINE

Trying to upgrade on an existing fixed line with Telkom is a joke. We placed an order 1 month ago to increase speed uncapped line. Each time we call they say order was cancelled. Then the answer is they not sure why it was cancelled. Then the order is with technical department.
